How to Order
- We do not keep stocks of all items because our products are made and baked fresh everyday.
- All orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to collection / delivery date with a 25% down payment. Bank receipt can be emailed to simplydlish@indosat.net.id or faxed to +62225229378.
- We receive orders from outside Bandung area
- Orders must be paid in full within 24 hours before the collection / delivery date

Delivery Conditions
- Some orders must be collected in person.
- Delivery fee surcharge per address applies. Limited areas only are covered for delivery.
- Delivery charges within the areas covered will be waived for a total order above Rp 500,000,- (limited to one address only)
- Delivery time is between 8am – 12noon. We cannot specify time of delivery during peak seasons. Customers are advised to collect their own orders during those times to avoid disappointments.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays for the time being until a further notice.
Confirmation
- Customers have to give us a minimum of 36 hour notification if they want to cancel an order. A 25% down payment will not be refunded.
- Customer is not allowed to cancel in less than 24 hours prior to the date specified. In this case, a full paid amount will not be refunded.
